ARTIFACTTRUST PRO GUI 3.1 THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, COPYRIGHT, AND TRADEMARK NOTICES Publisher: AI Creations Now Software Development Copyright © 2026 AI Creations Now Software Development. Effective: October 10, 2026 1. Scope ArtifactTrust Pro GUI is an independent Windows application. It uses Microsoft components and services under their applicable licenses and service terms. The publisher's application copyright does not replace, narrow, or grant rights in third-party software. Names identify compatibility and actual dependencies. Microsoft, Windows, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Visual C++, .NET, and other Microsoft product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. This product is not sponsored, endorsed, operated, or certified by Microsoft. Its signing report is a local application report, not a Microsoft certification. The source ZIP contains application source, publisher artwork, and build/signing scripts. It contains no Microsoft password, MFA code, signing private key, or pre-authorized publisher login. Generated customer executables also contain the runtime and verified prerequisite packages described below. Those packages are obtained during a build rather than shipped as executable prerequisites in the source ZIP. Vendor payloads are not re-signed as publisher-owned software. 2. Bundled and installed components A. Microsoft .NET and Windows Desktop runtime The application is published as a self-contained .NET 8 Windows Forms executable. Runtime and Windows Forms files, native host components, and framework libraries are included in the generated application. Separately, a .NET 8 x64 Runtime installer is bundled for signing-tool readiness. Source project licenses and notices from Microsoft's release/8.0 runtime and Windows Forms repositories are included unchanged in the Licenses subfolder: DotNetRuntime-LICENSE.txt DotNetRuntime-ThirdPartyNotices.txt DotNetWinForms-LICENSE.txt DotNetWinForms-ThirdPartyNotices.txt These contain MIT copyright/permission text and the applicable upstream notices listed by those projects. Package-specific license and notice files in the actual Microsoft distribution also apply. The separate runtime installation is retained on application uninstall. B. Microsoft Azure CLI The complete Microsoft x64 Azure CLI MSI is bundled for installation or repair when required. It includes Microsoft's CLI code and its supplied Python/runtime and library dependencies. The application requires CLI 2.75.0 or later. The CLI project's MIT license is reproduced unchanged in Licenses/AzureCLI-LICENSE.txt. Additional Python and third-party component terms shipped with the Microsoft CLI distribution remain applicable; the CLI is not licensed entirely by this application's copyright notice. The installed CLI is shared software and stays installed on application uninstall. Microsoft's own CLI data collection can be active; see the Privacy and Installation Agreement. C. Microsoft Azure CLI Artifact Signing extension The local extension package collected by this builder is artifact_signing-1.0.0-py3-none-any.whl, SHA-256: bbd04ad52426e69e9a24192f2fe0e2ed2db55ae61fb91b6b8b3a0303bdfd0c7f Its metadata identifies Microsoft Corporation and an MIT license. Microsoft's Azure CLI extensions repository license is included unchanged in Licenses/AzureCLIExtensions-LICENSE.txt. The extension package declares no additional Requires-Dist dependencies; it uses the libraries in the complete CLI distribution. A suitable newer installed extension may be reused. Its shared .azure/cliextensions installation remains after application uninstall. D. Microsoft Visual C++ x64 Runtime Microsoft's official Visual C++ x64 redistributable installer is bundled for native tool support. It is governed by the applicable Microsoft license terms, not by the MIT license covering some of the other components. It can also be used by other applications and is retained on uninstall. Microsoft redistribution information: https://learn.microsoft.com/cpp/windows/redistributing-visual-cpp-files E. Microsoft Windows SDK Signing Tools The builder collects the Signing Tools feature's offline installation files, including the MSI and required cabinets. The application can install that feature to supply x64 SignTool. These files and Microsoft's signing/verification utilities remain governed by the applicable Windows SDK terms. The presence of an official download or this notice does not create an independent license to redistribute files or use them outside the applicable terms. The signing-tools installation stays installed on application uninstall. SDK download and license information: https://developer.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/windows-sdk/ SDK redistributable-code listing: https://learn.microsoft.com/legal/windows-sdk/redist F. Microsoft Artifact Signing client tools and libraries The Microsoft ArtifactSigningClientTools.msi package is included. It supplies Azure.CodeSigning.Dlib.dll and related client code, along with the dependency files provided by Microsoft. Those include Azure SDK, identity/MSAL, .NET system, and native runtime components. Their vendor names, dependencies, copyrights, and applicable licenses remain in force. An upstream open-source project license is not a blanket replacement for the MSI package's own terms. Microsoft's client libraries are used to submit signing digests to your selected service. The client-tools installation is retained on application uninstall. Service and integration documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/artifact-signing/overview https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/artifact-signing/how-to-signing-integrations Applicable Microsoft terms: https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/terms/ The builder's embedded offline catalog records the package version (where the package exposes it), source, files, byte lengths, and SHA-256 hashes. Versions of the Microsoft installers can change between builds. This notice identifies the component groups and licenses; it is not a byte-level inventory of every possible future Microsoft package or every pre-existing tool on a user's PC. 3. Windows and other software used, not separately bundled here Windows PowerShell, Windows Installer, the Windows certificate infrastructure, the default browser, and the associated PDF application are used through the operating system. Their existing licenses and privacy settings continue to apply. The publisher does not supply a browser, Office, or a third-party PDF viewer as part of this application. The PDF writer in the application is its own source implementation; opening and printing a generated report is handled by Windows and the user's associated software. The Inno Setup compiler is used on the build computer to create Setup and its uninstaller. Inno Setup is by Jordan Russell and Martijn Laan and includes components covered by its own copyright and license notices. Its compiler is not installed as an application prerequisite. The optional source builder may install Microsoft's .NET 8 SDK after approval. That development installation, builder tools, caches, and logs are separate from customer application uninstall. Services, rights, and support Microsoft authentication, account access, signing, timestamping, subscriptions, billing, eligibility, and certificate policies remain governed by Microsoft and your organization. Application purchase does not include a Microsoft signing subscription or promise that your account is eligible. See the installed Privacy and Installation Agreement for data handling and component retention. Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement The included license copies preserve upstream text. Rights and obligations under those licenses remain with their respective copyright holders.
